There are so many amazing wildlife experiences to add to your bucketlist, so we’ve compiled them all here.

Canada

Oh Canada, you got a lot going for you.

Canada is a great places to see wildlife, especially bears. If you want to watch grizzly bears in their natural environment, Vancouver is a great place to visit. Here you can see grizzly bears playing in the water and eating salmon.

Canada is also a great place to spot a variety of whales on their annual migration. It’s easy enough to hop on a whale watching tour from Vancouver, so make sure you have your binoculars packed.

China

China is ofcourse, most famous for its Pandas.

Unfortunately, it is near impossible to see them in the wild, but there are some panda reserves in the Sichuan province. For instance, there is the Dujiangyan Panda Base in Chengdu, which has both black and white, and red pandas. There are also some other places where you can join a tour to see Pandas.

Costa Rica

Costa Rica is a great choice for a wildlife related holiday, especially as its easy to get on a flight from the US. My favourite animal experience here was visiting the Sloth Sanctuary in Cahuita.

Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka actually has a ton of wildlife experiences, and is a great place to go on safari to spot elephants and leopards. In Sri Lanka you can also watch whales around its coastline, and even swim with sharks and turtles on Pidgeon Island on the country’s west coast.
